Inspired by the mythical Valkyries, who were often depicted as group led by 9, 12 or 13 leaders with colored wings signifying their ranks, Kris Valkyrie is structured into distinct consulting areas, each named after a renowned Valkyrie.

At the age of 12, Katt Cristal Garcia-Aracena won her first pageant, sparking a lifelong passion for competition. She has since garnered numerous titles, including National Cover Miss for National American Miss, Miss New York Belleza Latina and Miss New York Tropics. With over 12 years of experience competing in and judging state, national and international pageants, Katt is well-versed in the pageant world.
Transitioning from pageantry, Katt pursued a career in DJing, inspire by her cousin DJ Charlie Chase. She has worked on various internet and radio shows and collaborated with artist and producers in Reggaeton, Hip Hop, and House music genres. Balancing her roles as a student, paralegal, and role model for her nieces and young girls.
Katt’s journey has led her to establish her company, Kris Valkyrie, LLC, host the podcast The Poisonous Daily, and embark on her ultimate goal of attending Law School. She attributed her confidence and personal growth to her pageant experiences, which taught her to pursue her dreams despite challenges. Her spiritual and cultural values underpin her success, complementing her 17 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specializing in cases related to sexual assault, sex trafficking, domestic violence, personal injury, NYPD disciplinary department trials, estates, civil rights and excessive force by law enforcement.
Katt brings a strong academic foundation to her work, earning a BA in Social Science with a focus on Media Studies from New York University and an AAS in Broadcasting Technology and Management from Kingsborough Community College. In 2021, she made a meaningful contribution to a published book, sharing the narratives of children whose parents were 9/11 first responders.
Her diverse interests encompass various fields, including pageantry, DJing, photography, and video editing, showcasing her versatile talents and accomplishments. Beyond her professional pursuits, Katt takes pride in being a devoted mother of four, a loving wife, and a dedicated doberman mom. As a role model, she remains committed to her passion for justice and advocacy, currently holding the esteemed title of Mrs. Activist New York.
